What we collect
Name, mobile number, optional email and city, and vehicle details (category, registration number, make/model, year, fuel, usage) that you submit through our forms. If you proceed to buy, you may upload copies of your Aadhaar, PAN and vehicle RC for verification.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, contact you about your request and renewals, and share your details with authorised insurance partners strictly to obtain quotes and issue policies you choose to buy. We do not sell your data.
KYC documents
Uploaded documents are stored in a private location, are not publicly accessible, and can be opened only by you and authorised verification staff. Each staff view is logged. We use them only to verify your identity and vehicle and to issue your policy with the insurer. You may upload a masked Aadhaar copy. Ask us to delete your documents once your policy is issued if you prefer.
Consent & your choices
We contact you only after you give consent on the form. You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or stop contact, by writing to support@publicsewa.online.
Role of Public Sewa
Public Sewa Insurance is an assisted lead and support platform. Insurance distribution, premium collection and policy issuance are subject to authorised insurer agreements and applicable IRDAI rules. Quotes are indicative until confirmed by the insurer.
